Magnesium Sulfate

You already know this one by another name.

Magnesium sulfate is the same thing as Epsom salt, the one people have added to a warm bath for a very long time. In this formula it's one of the two ingredients I was most curious about, alongside the carnosine.

There's something reassuring about seeing an ingredient you already recognise from your own bathroom cupboard. Epsom salt is familiar to most of us, and that familiarity is part of why I felt at ease with this formula.
